Marina Bay Sands doesn’t belong on that list,it’s a nice hotel and all but the service is lackluster even compared to a Holiday Inn in Singapore
I concur with other comment selecting Fullerton Bay, an excellent property with tremendously gracious staff

Mandarin Oriental has a great view but not much more than that to be honest. It wouldn’t be in my top 5 and it’s a bit pointless making a top 10 for Singapore, such is the poor quality of hotels.

The best hotel in Singapore is the Fullerton Bay! Raffles has no right to be on the top spot and the Fullerton shouldn’t be that far ahead. You’ve also skipped the new Sofitel and even though I’ve been disappointed by the brand lately, The Westin should make it on the list of the TOP10
